My World Tuesday - Mr. Winter, go home!

Look!

The first tiny buds on the trees.

The first bird searching for a place to build a nest.

The first Schanigarten in the sidestreets.

The last cold days with umbrellas and rubber boots.

The last rosebushes wearing their winter gowns.

Spring is on its way here in Vienna!

Lucky you Marie! So nice to see signs of spring! In Oslo we have had a new snowtorm.....But - if I look really hard on my walks with my dog, I can find some of the signs of spring also! But they are coverd with snow!

Have a great week!

Weil du glaubst, der Frühling kommt - wir haben heute mit unserer "zweiten Heimat" telefoniert - schon wieder 20 cm Neuschnee. Ist das lustig?

Trotzdem: ganz liebe Fotos, besonders die Vogerln.

Maria, we LOVE your city! Such a lovely, heartwarming place.

This period of transition is great, isn't it? Loved the pics of the bird and the bud.

Cheers!

Very cute photos. I hope you will be warm soon. I didn't know rosebushes had to wear gowns in winter. :-)

Hi Maria :)

First of all let me congratulate you on the magnificent photos and the accompanying little notes to say that spring is in the air.

That little bird stole my heart. Very lovely, very alert and looks like a great actor. Is the bird a he or she? Any way, it is very wary or upset at you for snapping a photo. Next time you click a photo he might come rushing at your camera and knock it out of your hand. I am cautioning you in advance :)

It is very inspiring to see the first tiny buds on the trees. Signs of life and signs of hope and signs of better and beautiful things to come.

It is amazing to see that bird searching for a place to build a nest. How can the bird build a nest with out a partner? It is looking very romantic. Perhaps the bird is looking for a partner! In any case I don't know the psychology of the birds. You can enlighten me on this!

I would surely like to see the rose bushes without their gowns and therefore I will pray for spring to come fast.

My congratulations on the lovely post.

Best wishes :)
