"Nach den Regen scheint Sonne, nach dem Weinen wird g'lacht", traurig sein ist auch ganz gut, da fuelt man erst richtig wieder was gluecklich sein bedeutet.
Buck up, think of the glorious clear autumn light and lovely colours to come. Or on the other hand, enjoy being miserable for a while, we need that too sometimes.
