Applause!

Today I'm 8 months without smoking!
With a little help from John Cleese :)

By the way, where's my hubby?
And the dog?
Hehehehe!

Hi maria!
it must be a hard time to quit smoking!
I quit smoking about 5 years ago.
it was really hard for me.
by the way how much do you buy one box of cigarettes?
In Japan we can buy it for 300yen.

Congratulations!!! A rambler like you shouldn't smoke in the first place! I loved the video and I'll show it to my hubby as soon as he comes home! He's trying to quit smoking too, seriously, for the first time in his life, using nicotine gums. I hope he will, for his health. I hope he won't change smoking with eating, which is usual as I heard.

Oh well done. I gave up 10 years ago and it really was the best thing I've ever done. I can't get the video but I'll come back later as I love John Cleese..

Hoffentlich hätst du es so lange durch wie ich, 34 Jahre und 12 Tage, dann wirst du alt werden ;-)

Congratulations Maria. Funny video but the truth is, it requires a lot of courage and strength to quit anything that has given you satisfaction in the past. I am so proud of anyone who quits smoking. It's a dangerous habit.

It was tough for me to quit smoking, but I managed 32 years ago with very little cheating afterwards. I had been smoking two packages per day, and found the easiest way was to wean myself from them. It's a bit like an internal body cleanse.

Congratulations!

Be careful. I left smoking 8 years. Still, sometimes, if alone in rain or among cigarette smoking friends, urges do appear to smoke one. So far I won as I fear to have a single puff. I tmay seduce me again.
