These are wonderful! Beautiful colors! I agree in what you say; I miss the flowers outdoors - and can't wait for the time when i can pick them from the fields and in the woods!
When I read the heading of your post I was wondering how is it possible for winter to be over so fast unless there was some magic or sudden change of climate in Vienna.
Climate change is a big burning topic at present all over the world. I won't be surprised if the climates get all mixed up and perhaps your post is a warning that we, humans, should do everything possible to prevent climate change.
Those beautiful flowers you have posted must be coming from countries where there is favorable climate and I won't be surprised Viennese have to pay a higher price. Yet I suppose it is worth paying the price for those stunning gorgeous flowers which are a beauty to behold.
Many thanks for the lovely photos which makes my heart jump with joy:)
Your Astromedia flower pictures are very beautiful. Spring is around the corner. We have snowdrops in the garden peeking through the snow:) Herzlichen Gruss, Gisela
Maria.... Unglaublich. Einmalige wunderschöne Fotos! Bin absolut begeistert!! :)) Alles Liebe von Herzen, Deine Kessi
Wonderful photos!!I love the ruffled petals, and the pollen grains, and the hints of purple around the pink flowers, and the way you can see the veins in the petals!! Also your header, the way the hills roll so gently! Thanks for sharing!
I so agree with you about being done with winter! These are gorgeous up close, Georgia O'Keefe type photos--thanks for sharing the beauty, even if it comes from a shop.
I couldn't agree more. I couldn't possibly live without my garden and being constantly glued to the window, watch the snow and ice take over, I can only turn to housework LOL. And weekly visits to nurseries and garden centers are lethal! We've had a snow storm too again yesterday, but only for a while. It's too damn cold, hurry up spring!

I love your flowers Maria. Right now I have a dozen multi-colored roses, courtesy of my hubby. I love irises. Beautiful photographs again.

All your images are beautiful but I find the second one and that purple just stunning!
Soon spring will be here and my flowers will again bloom. It's always nice to have some of our own.
Lilies are often good representations of spring, and these are particularly nice. Beautiful shots, Maria.
