Pretty evening Sky

When I walked home this evening,
I saw the golden glow of the setting sun on Karlskirche,
and the blue sky was filled with white feathery cirrus clouds!

A high number of cirrus clouds may be a sign of an approaching frontal system or upper air disturbance. I'll keep you informed :)

Hi Maria, those skies are fabulous and your first photo of the sun setting on Karlskirche is just gorgeous! Thanks for stopping by.

Maria, the light on the Karlskirche is spectacular. Light is my special 'thing', most of my memories are bound up with a certain quality of light.
What a joy to walk home with the changing clouds and light in your splendid Vienna.
I just hope you did not step into anything while your head was in the clouds. . .

Clouds come and go like travellers of the open sky!

I love that picture of the church. Maybe someday you can give us more photos of this beautiful place.

Reminds me of the saying "Clouds are the dust from God's feet". Peace

Hi Maria!
every time I see your pictures in Vienna, I'm jealous of you.
Your city is much more beautiful than our city.
If I lived in your city, it's much more fun I think!
Karlskirche looks beautiful.
Is it a old church or something?

Hi Maria! I haven't heard of you many days now! Are you ok? I hope you're in a Greek island making your skin looking brown and having a cool drink near the sea!!!
