Seagulls and a dog

A walk in the snow along Vienna's Donaukanal.
The scenery is dominated by the animals:
Seagulls from Northern regions and a doggy having fierce snowball fights :)

I love Vienna dressed in white. The gulls and your beautiful dog add a nice touch of colour.

Hi Maria!
We don't have snow like your city recently.
when I was a child, I used to enjoy playing snowboal with friends.
but now children can't do that in Tokyo.

This year winter forgot us! It was really hot here all the previous days, hot and dry. This is good for our economy - hot weather means less use of heating oil - but I'm tired of this summer attitude of the weather! Where is OUR winter?

Cute picture of the seagulls all lined up. I'll bet your dog would enjoy chasing them.

That first shot of the gulls is too funny. I like it. May I use it as my computer background?

Lots of snow there. None here.
D'ora loves the snow I bet. Our dogs do when we get some. MB

Hello Maria:)

Greetings:)

Your header photo is very lovely. Your dog is surveying the ground below as Alexander, the Great would surveyed his kingdom:)

The sea gulls look alert. Sun, rain or snow they have to get their daily quota of food. They don't store food like we do. They have to get it every day of their lives. Yet they don't complain like we do.

Many thanks for the wonderful photos.

Have a nice day Maria:)
Joseph

Love the new header. The gulls seem to enjoy the snowy day. Thanks for sharing. I am ready for our snow and cold weather to head back north. This Southern is tried of the bitter cold. We have not got up above freezing in over a week. Peace

Happy New Year!
Thank you for your beautiful present. It's got a special place in my house and my heart. I wish we had some snow, too. But the weather is good. It's like Spring.I hope you had great family moments during Christmas days. My best wishes for you and your family.
