Today's flowers

Winter came very early this year,
and after the first snowfall, the last flowers look a little withered!
But their colours are still wonderful,
they seem to rival the changing colours of autumn leaves!

Look for flowers all around the globe!

We haven't had a snow yet but already the color has leached away leaving only browns and yellows.

Beautiful series of lovely flowers! We haven't had any snow in Oslo yet, but the flowers are freezing during night. I guess soon it will all be white!

Have a nice day!

Wonderful colors in your pictures. I`m not ready for winter and snow yet. We`ve had rain for 7 hole weeks this autumn. The picture on my blog(man in pool) is actually an ad for my cousins blog,http://chrisandsilje.blogspot.com/

Hi Maria, yes, the colours of the flowers are still strong and beautiful, Mr. Frost has not done any damage yet. It looks like winter cant't wait any longer or is this only a forecast what is to come?
We have not had rain for three month so everything is very dry and people are afraid of bushfires looming. Hope we get soon good thunderstorms.
Have a good week. T.

The flowers are still that pretty even after snowing? Amazing!

Isn't it amazing how mother nature manages to match up the colours for the season.
Beautiful colours Maria, and the last roses are just so special.

Maria, wenn der Herbst und Winter uns kaltes Wetter und Schnee bringt, dann sehen wir wehmütig in den Garten und jede Blume und Pflanze wird immer wertvoller.
Nice pictures,
take care, Gisela

love the colors of fall in your area. The orange one was my favorite. Snow on the 15th. Wow. It got down in the thirties this weekend at night and some areas got frost but on the hill we did not. Peace

The flowers are still quite nice. Sadly, mine are in much worse condition. Winter came here early too!

Hi Maria:)

The colors of the flowers are wonderful. While many people in the west are apprehensive of winter, here in Kochi we don't have winter and on the other hand we will have a lovely cool climate. The rainy season is almost over.

I suppose winter brings its own excitement and it makes us understand that CHANGE IS THE PERMANENT THING IN LIFE.

Have a nice day Maria;)

Du hast noch eine Blüten- und Farbenpracht zu bieten - unsere Blumen sind bei -7° zugrunde gegangen.

I can almost feel the chill in the air as these vibrant colors grace the pathway at the start of winter at your lovely home. Really stunning shots!

Your flowers still have gorgeous colors in your photos. I love those vivid colors in the first photo.
We also had our first snow at that time and now the colors are faded.

Beautiful strong colours to celebrate autumn; replacing summer's splendour.
I also enjoyed your pictures of the Schloss and park.
Enjoy your weekend! T.
