Sky Watch Friday - Mountain skies

The largest system of ice caves on our planet.
The rain was pouring down, and heavy clouds were rising towards the sky again.

Looking out of the entrance of the caves.

Some typical Alpine birds :)

I have posted more photos about the ice caves here!

  15. Excellent!!! How high up are the caves? We have some ice caves near here but they are closed off because some ice has fallen and I suppose someone could get hurt. I hope everyone is well again in your household. MB

  16. Hallo Maria,

  20. Maria, your posts on the caves are phantastic, I'll have to come back and explore a lot more. Ive been a bit snowed under lately.

    Alles Liebe, Arij
